Ready to Join
Thank you for deciding to take the first step in joining the Armed Forces which defend our great nation. Though this is a momentous step in your life, registering for classes is straightforward. To join our program, follow the steps below.
Step 1
Determine Air Force-related classes you need to register for at your respective school. Your AS level is determined by when you join the program. First-year students joining in the fall semester are referred to as AS100s and if joining in the spring are referred to as AS150s. Second year students are only allowed to join in the fall semester and are referred to as AS250s.
Joining as a Freshmen (0-24 credit hours)
Register for the following freshmen level courses.

AERO/AS 1101 United States Air Force Heritage and Values I
AERO/AS 1111 01 Leadership Laboratory
AS150 Classes (Spring Term)
AERO/AS 1102 XX United States Air Force Heritage and Values II
AERO/AS 1112 01 Leadership Laboratory
Joining as a Sophomore (24-36 credit hours // Fall Term Only = AS250)
Register for both Freshmen and Sophomore level academic classes and only the Sophomore level Leadership Laboratory
