Air Force & Space Force ROTC
The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) is an educational program designed to give men and women the opportunity to become Air Force or Space Force officers while completing their degrees. The AFROTC program is designed to prepare you to assume positions of increased responsibility and importance in the modern Air Force and Space Force.
During freshman and sophomore year, cadets learn about the Air Force and Space Force, its history, and basic principles of leadership in the General Military Course (GMC).
AFROTC is free of commitment to serve in the military for the first two years, unless you are selected to receive a scholarship.
While participating in AFROTC, you will be surrounded by determined men and women who are ready to make a difference in the world for our country.
Baylor University and its crosstown schools will provide academic credit for taking AFROTC courses.
High school seniors can earn up to a 4-year scholarship by applying at www.afrotc.com.
