The Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) is an educational program designed to give men and women the opportunity to become Air Force or Space Force officers while completing their degrees. The AFROTC program is designed to prepare you to assume positions of increased responsibility and importance in the modern Air Force and Space Force.

Kaitlyn Vana, Truman Scholarship Winner

Kaitlyn is double majoring in mathematics and Slavic and East European studies with a minor in Russian. A member of Air Force ROTC, she hopes to commission as a pilot and use her language skills in Russian, Ukrainian, and Azerbaijani, to better promote international cooperation.
