- 1 Min Sit-ups – 58 sit-ups or more
- Less than 25-Year-Old Male Min Scores to pass
- 2 Mile Run – 19:45***
- 1 Min Pushup – 30***
- 1 Min Sit-ups – 33***
- Less than 25-Year-Old Female Max Scores
- 2 Mile Run - Less than or Equal to 15:30
- 1 Min Pushup – 47 pushups or more
- 1 Min Sit-ups – 54 sit-ups or more
- Less than 25-Year-Old Female Min Scores to pass
- 2 Mile Run – 25:23***
- 1 Min Pushup – 15***
- 1 Min Sit-ups – 29***
*** - Meeting the minimums for all aspects of the test means that you will fail. Meeting the minimum in the run and passing the other 2 tests means you will fail, unless if you max out the push up and sit-up tests. DO NOT MEET JUST THE MINIMUMS. YOU WILL NOT BE COMPETITIVE FOR ANY AWARDS OR SCHOLARSHIPS IN ROTC.
